In 2008, family man Jimmy Bernardo was diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease. He needed to undergo angioplasty, a procedure that will de-clog his arteries.



Through prayer, Jimmy claims, he was miraculously given another set of collateral arteries, and he never had to undergo the expensive operation.



Truly, were his prayers answered? Or was it simply a lucky case of abnormality?

24 years...

MY 24 years in this life may not be perfect, but its worth it. All the hardships, trials, triumphs and victory alike. I wouldn't be who i am right now if i havent gone through all those things...

Im overwhelmed and thankful to the people who continue to love and care for me despite of my shortcomings... family, friends, even the not-so-friendly side. hehe.

There maybe things lacking as of the moment, but those arent enough to ruin the blessings i have received for the past 24 years...

Thanks to torrent files, i was able to get a hold of Transformers 2 OST. I Love the songs, may pagka alternative/emo touch, similar to Twilight OST, something you wouldnt get tired of listening. And this song by greenday is one of my favorites, ( i like most of the songs,new divide, let it go etc)

The Portal to Heaven



IN the town of Agdangan, right in the middle of Quezon Province stands the majestic Luminous Cross of Grace Sanctuary. Had dinner with gradeschool friends @ greenbelt 3 yesterday. Usually kasi sa probinsiya ko lang sila nakakasama, yesterday maiba naman, kahit may mga ibang umuwi ng maaga, nagpa late sa pag pasok at tumakas sa trabaho nila, matuloy lang... hehe

They put their health and safety on the line and sacrifice valuable family time to work as call center agents, nurses, coffee baristas or journalists.

Host Connie Sison spends a “night-in-a-life” of these women whose days have turned into nights. She finds out what keeps them going and going and going.

DOQMENTARIES presents SLEEPLESS IN THE CITY

As a coffee barista, Connie learns the secret to making a good brew while getting to know how Joy, her case study, has learned to adjust her work-life balance, despite her topsy-turvy schedule.


Connie also gets really serious as she shadows an ICU nurse. No sleeping on the job for this one, as patients’ lives are on the line. But what about their own health? What types of sicknesses and stresses do night workers often suffer from? How can they adjust?


Along more familiar territory, Connie joins a fellow journalist, Bernadette Reyes, as she covers the night-time beat. As the only female on the GMA News’ graveyard shift, Badette gives Connie a taste of what it’s like to gather news at a time when the crime rates are highest and road accidents are most common. Connie finds out if there are advantages or disadvantages to being a female reporter in these types of situations.


Connie also rides with a female bus conductor, jams with a female singer, and taps into her creative juices as she tries to design a cake at a local bakery. After all this work, Connie also searches for places that hard-working women can go to to relax, unwind and get themselves ready to work another night shift.
